This is for any prop, accessory, armor piece, figurine etc. that I have made at least once. The costs will vary depending on which finishing levels you choose.
Sword Prop Makeover
- can be from any character
- you buy (or already have) a fake prop
- you send or have it delivered to me for a makeover
- Price approx. 150€ per sword
- price is excl. material costs, costs for the base prop and shipping costs
- price varies depending on the size, material and work effort
- price will be calculated individually after our consultation

After receiving your request I will get back to you with an estimate about when I could start. If I can start asap I will directly send you a payment request and start to work on your project as soon as I received a full payment. If there is a waiting period you can choose if you want to reserve a spot on my waiting list for 5€. You will get it refunded if cancel your request within this waiting period.

This is for any prop, accessory, armor piece, figurine etc. that I have not made at least once. The costs raise depending on which finishing levels you choose.
Step 1
Please fill in the form on the right to request a commission.
Step 2
Once I checked for my capacities I will get back to you to exchange more informations if needed and an estimate about when I can start. Please confirm your interest if you want to proceed.
Step 3
I will send you a payment request for a pre calculation fee. Please note that this fee is not refundable once I have started with the calculation.
Step 4
After I received the payment I will reserve a spot on my waiting list where you can always check the status.
Step 5
As soon as I am ready to start with your project I will estimate the costs for your project and message you about them. I will include a payment request for 100% of the estimated material costs and 50% of the estimated production costs. If the costs exceed your budget you can either decide to cancel your order or opt for less finishing steps.
Step 6
I will only start working on your project as soon as I received the payment.
Step 7
When I'm done with the project I will message you with photos and videos. You can ask for changes but be aware that these will cost extra. After concluding the feedback round I will send you a payment request for the rest of the costs.
Step 8
I will send out your project once I received the payment.
